Harley is the sweetest boy!  He just wants to be loved, to be near his people, and to please.  It's obvious that Harley's previous life wasn't a good one.  He is scared of loud noises and he thinks if others are being disciplined he is in trouble too.  He likes his crate and uses it as a safe place; unfortunately, the vet believes he may have spent most of his life in his crate.  This boy is special, and is looking for a loving home to call his own.

Harley is currently undergoing treatment for heart worms, but submit your application today for pre-approval of this sweet boy!
