Sebastian is new to rescue, but his foster mom is in love!  This is what she had to say about him - Sebastian is a true America Gentleman. He does not like to be held, but loves to be petted. He has had no accidents in the house and hasn't fussed while being crated. He lost his right back leg to a coyotes when he was about a year old. It doesn't slow him down though - he's the fastest boy on 3 legs. He hasn't barked once.
