Prepare to swoon at this 8-month-old baby - Diego is a 16 lb, sweet young boy who has lived and done well with both female dogs and male dogs. It is unknown how he does with cats and large dogs. Diego has had limited interactions with children of all ages, but he played with them and enjoyed the young company. He also has done well with seniors and wanted to play with them as well. Diego does not have an aggressive bone in his body and mostly just loves to play with other pets, people, and toys, give kisses, snuggle with people and other pets, go on car rides, chew on bones, and chase the chickens at his foster mom’s house. He does startle easily to loud noises, but that can’t slow this guy down for long. Diego is quickly learning all of his manners at his foster home. He is nearly house trained and is already crate trained and sleeping in his crate without a fuss. He is a healthy goofball, according to his foster mom, who responds to many commands including, “Come,” “In your crate,” “Go Outside,” and “Drop it.” Like most puppies Diego’s age, he loves to play hard and then crash. He also loves to get into trouble by taking things that aren’t his but he responds immediately when told to drop it. No worries though, these are just his puppy behaviors! His foster mom thinks that Diego will do great in any home, especially one where there are other play-mates.
