“Aloha! My name is Lilo, I’m 7 years old, and I am looking for my new Ohana. Some might call me a Boston Terrier but I am actually a CouchPotatoSnuggleBug.
I believe I’d fit in with any family. Got babies? I’m perfectly gentle and quiet. Got other doggos? I am cool, calm, and collected around even the most energetic ones (I used to live in a household of 12!). Because of my past, I sometimes get a little overwhelmed and need some quiet time to myself. Once I feel comfortable, I like to explore and love to snuggle. If you need a dog to help you binge the latest season of “The Bear”, I’m your girl.
I’ve heard a lot about this “Hot Girl Summer”, so I’m currently working on my bikini body (which is hard, because I love a treat). I’ll be getting spayed soon— so no more puppies for me! I am heart worm negative and am currently on a preventative to help me stay perfectly healthy. You may notice one of my eyes has a little more brown than the other— I can see perfectly fine, it’s just a little quirk that makes me unique. I’d like to think that Van Morrison’s song “Brown Eyed Girl” was written about me. I am fully potty trained. I’ve never used a leash until recently and I think they’re weird. I don’t really understand them, but my foster dad has been working with me on it. I love a grassy backyard and will roll and bunny hop until I’m absolutely worn out. I hang out in my kennel while my foster family isn’t home to keep me safe and comfortable. You may have to put me in there (or coax me with a treat), but I’m quiet and catch up on my nap time while they’re away from home. In short, I’m a couch potato who loves a good blanket, a good snack, and a good snuggle. I’m just looking for a good soul to help me live my best new life.
