Bio: Here's what Blue's foster mom has to say about him - "I think Blue is the sweetest dog I've ever fostered. He's a curious mixture of shy and friendly; he literally loves everyone but it's as though he's asking, "Do you really like me?" He's unbelievably affectionate, sometimes to the point of being a pest. He gets frightened at odd times at odd things; he might be afraid to come in through the same door he went out ten minutes earlier, or act afraid of coming out of his crate. He is a sensitive little soul, and there's probably something in his past that triggers his fear. Everything Blue does is quiet and sweet (except he snores like a freight train); he even plays very gently, almost as though he's not sure how. I think his ideal home would involve being almost permanently parked in someone's lap; he HAS to touch, has to feel that person."

The adoption fee for Lil' Blue is $350.00 which includes altering, heartworm testing, vaccines and micro-chipping. We accept applications from Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia. We also require a $20 application fee. Email teamBTRTOC@gmail.com with questions.
