Diamond is a 10.5-month-old Boston Terrier, turning one July 24. She weighs about 22 pounds, is house trained and crate trained, and is learning to walk on a leash. Diamond was an owner surrender, after she was suspected to have been struck with a metal pipe by a neighbor.
She was picked up by her foster mom and taken for desperately-needed medical care. She had a broken femoral head, had surgery April 26, and has now started rehab. She is starting to use her leg more and more, especially when leashed and moving slow, though she prefers to just pick it up and go fast with three legs!
Diamond lived with cats, another dog, and has done fine around small children. She is a a little shy around new people, but once she warms up, she is very sweet! She is so easy, playful, and loves a nylabone to chew. Her favorite thing is to snuggle up with you on the couch with a fluffy blanket. Diamond would make a great addition to any family!
Diamond is located in Marietta, GA. If you would like to add her to your family, please apply at
