Hey y’all! I’m Patrick. I’m an older, deaf gentleman -somewhere between 11 and 13 years old  - BUT, I still have plenty of adventure left in this little body. I would make an amazing, near constant, companion. Don’t worry, I’m not obnoxious, I am content as long as I can lay eyes on you. I love car rides, butt scratches and gentle affection. I greet new people with ease and am relaxed around my doggo friends. Just remember I can’t hear, so I can be startled quite easily. I am a true gentleman in the car… I don’t roam or try to crawl across you to the drive thru window. However, I don’t see the need for you to pick me up. And those nice folks at the vet are a bit too handsy for my liking, so I’ve got some chill meds for those stressful adventures. I do have chronic ear infections that I’ll need help managing, but otherwise Doc says I’m healthy! I am looking for a home where my person will be home a lot and maybe a doggo friend or two. I think I’d be happiest in a home without small kids. I’m house trained, and am getting used to the idea of crawling in a crate to just get away or take a nap. Looking forward to my next adventure!
