His foster mom says that Carl is a sweet boy! He has graduated from his belly band in his foster home but could return to marking when he makes it to a new spot until he is comfortable. He is sleeping in a crate with no problem! He is great on a leash and not phased by loud noises (trains) or elevator rides! Like his name indicates, Carl does need to be watched because he has a tendency to try to run. We aren’t sure where he would go but we can’t take chances so Carl with need a fenced in yard and someone mindful of opening doors when he is around. Carl loves to dance on his back legs and can jump into your arms from the floor! Carl would love a family that is home more often than not and is pet and people friendly!!! Is Carl the guy for you?
